From bridal and red carpet styling to avant-garde and editorial, Sharon’s expertise and creativity are unmatched.

She has earned numerous accolades, including five Hair Expo Educator of the Year awards, dual Hall of Fame inductions, an International AIPP Award, and a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her contributions to the industry. In 2024, she became the first woman to receive the International Hair Legend title at the IHawards.

Aili Puss, a highly awarded global long hair artist from Estonia with 20 years of experience, is a visionary in hair artistry and a master in her craft. She has worked alongside the iconic Sharon Blain for 8 years, garnering international recognition, including winning the prestigious 2025 IBI Awards in the Avant Garde category for her innovative creations.

As the founder of Hair Art Class, Aili travels the world, teaching her unique hair tricks and inspiring stylists to explore the endless possibilities in hair art. Her global influence empowers hairdressers to push creative boundaries, from bridal and red-carpet styles to avant-garde masterpieces. Aili is also the leading hair designer for Estonia Fashion Week, gaining worldwide exposure in both print and online media.

Aili serves as Sharon Blain Education’s first European-based long hair educator, offering advanced styling classes, one-on-one training, and in-salon programs across Europe.
