A multi-award-winning educator, including the 2024 AHIA Educator of the Year, she founded Beswick Education Services (BES) in 2017 and has since led over 570 workshops, educating more than 20,000 professionals worldwide. With over 38 years of experience, she has become a recognised authority in precision cutting and colour, having worked with top salons, brands, and educators such as Sharon Blain and Stevie English. Her transformative workshops, including the highly popular “Shear Excellence” camp, continue to shape the future of hairdressing education.

Beswick’s influence extends far beyond the classroom, with her collections gracing premier publications and her workshops in high demand across Australia and internationally. She holds certifications from prestigious institutions, including Sassoon Academy, and is committed to continuous learning, ensuring she remains at the forefront of industry innovation. Stevie, aka the Guvnor, founded Stevie English Hair in 2007 and, over the past two decades, has built the business into a multi-award-winning launchpad for super stylists. Stevie himself has been awarded Australian Hair Colourist of the Year a record-breaking five times (not including the 2024 NAFA Australian Favourite Colourist), along with numerous international colour awards.

His work with Matrix, Evo, POD/Eco Heads, Original & Mineral, and K18 has taken him around the world to develop products and educate other hairdressers, leaving a lasting impact on the global hairdressing industry. Stevie has a knack for creating trends, knowing what’s cool, and cutting through the boring white noise of hairdressing. His real passion, however, is education and helping elevate younger hairdressers.
